To become a 3d modeler need patience and concentration. Now a days Lakh's of People studied in institutes but still they don't get the job on those career. So many peoples have excellent skills in 3d modelling but few of them only get the job. In my experience I am here to tell you how to become 3d modeler.
Getting yourself Ready
Before become the 3d modeler you should Conform yourself "3d modelling is the best option for me or not". Because once you chose the career you should keep going on that way. If you change your mind its not good at all. So make sure your mind set to become 100% 3d modeler.
How to start
Most of the people starts with institute. My opinion Please don't do that. First Buy a computer With internet and download 3d modelling software. Most of the people using 3ds Max for 3d modelling. but my case is different , I was learn from Maya and z brush Maya and 3ds max or z brush are nice one to start your career. After that Search 3d modelling tutorial in YouTube . I am pretty sure you will get thousands of videos in YouTube. Try to learn some basic 3d modelling from YouTube videos. It will take months of practice to develop your basic skills. This is the beginning of your career so once you like it you can continue your career otherwise you can stop it and change that career.
I am ready to become 3d modeler
Once you learned basic 3d modelling techniques, after go to institute and join. Some peoples thoughts if i join famous and great institute i can become the 3d modeler and i can get the good job. I am telling those people without talent wherever you go, you always will be zero. So before joining the institute use your basic skills and create few 3d models . Send the demo to great or any institute. Through this demo they can understand your interest and dedication. Sure you will get the place in any institute.
I joined institute what's next
True reason to join the institute you get the time to develop your skills. Certificate will just cover your image but if you need to get the career you have to work hard. When you are in institute try to learn so many techniques and tricks.
I finished my course what's next.
When you are in institute Create excellent unbeatable 3d models in your free time. After finished your course . Search companies and get address or email address. Create Excellent 3d demo send the demo to minimum 100 companies. Sure i can tell you if your skills are 50% then also you will get the job from atleast 10 or 15 companies
